# Fixed Lot

With Ectype's fixed lot feature, copying trades becomes simple and consistent.\
\
Here's how it works:

1. Choose a specific lot size as your fixed value.
2. Every trade made by the <mark style="color:green;">Copy From</mark> account is copied to the <mark style="color:green;">Send To</mark> account at your chosen fixed lot size.

**Note:** It does not matter how big or small the Copy From lot size is, it will always be the defined fixed lot value.

* Make sure both accounts stick to the same lot size.
* Define the precise lot size you want for each trade on the Send To account to complete transaction.
